Barclays analyst Blayne Curtis traveled to Asia to meet Apple supply chain manufacturers and published his predictions for Apple Smartphones to be released in 2020.
Blayne Curtis informs us that the upcoming iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will probably receive 6 GB of RAM. That's 2 GB more compared to the current 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max models. These smartphones will also receive a rear 3D camera and support for millimeter waves in the new 5G modems.
The basic model, i.e. the iPhone 12, will probably receive 4 GB of RAM, just like the current iPhone 11. The smartphone will also receive support for 5G, but there is no question of any frequencies, so for now it remains an unknown.
The analyst also reports that "iPhone SE 2" will be produced from February. It is to be a low-budget smartphone with an iPhone 8, 4,7 "LCD display and a Touch ID button. The equipment will also include an A13 processor and 3 GB of RAM.
The iPhone 12 in all variants will be presented in September, while the cheaper iPhone will premiere around March.
